MEET OUR PRINCIPALS
Trenton Cain
Originally from Missouri, Trenton Cain started his IT career performing freelance computer support while still in high school. After teaching himself UNIX and network technologies, Trenton realized he had found his career path. He studied Industrial and Telecommunications Systems at Southeast Missouri State University while continuing to freelance in IT repair.
From helping individuals with all types of home computer issues, Trenton soon branched out to supporting local businesses with their networks. After college, he landed his first IT job helping design, engineer, and deliver cable plant systems for an Internet service provider.
After moving to Houston, Trenton gained major experience as a senior engineer for multiple IT firms and energy companies. He has worked designing and engineering SCADA systems, large-scale voice and video deployments, cloud services, and providing IT services for sites around the world.
Considered an authority in network security, infrastructure, and design, Trenton co-founded Zytech with Gary Wisdom to address the IT needs of businesses and to build a scalable IT platform that prepares businesses for the future of communication and collaboration.
Gary Wisdom
A Texas native, Gary Wisdom attended Tarrant County College and DeVry University where he received an associate’s degree in Electrical Engineering. Gary’s early experience included manufacturing educational kiosks for patients in health delivery settings. His company brought him to Houston, where he later served as a systems engineer and IT consultant for a logistical company. Since his college days, Gary was always the “go to” person for anything computer-related, and his love of technology and entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish his own company. With 26 years of direct experience performing hands-on work, Gary’s expertise is in network infrastructure, disaster recovery, and messaging/collaboration.
Recognized for his reliability, honesty and patience, Gary’s clients continually praise him for being able to take a complex situation and explain it in a manner understandable to non-IT executives. Together with Trenton Cain, he established Zytech in order to better serve his existing customers and to provide solutions for new clients looking for an easy-to-use and reliable IT platform.
